Jest matcher to assert that a string of CSS matches another one

npm install jest-matcher-css

In your Jest config:

"jest": {
  "setupTestFrameworkScriptFile": "./setup.js"
}

In setup.js:

const cssMatcher = require('jest-matcher-css');

expect.extend({
  toMatchCss: cssMatcher,
});
